Black and white film photography. An 18th century home in Connecticut was demolished to put in a gas station. I was "lucky" enough to capture the chimney before it was completely torn down. I can envision the meals cooked in that hearth & the generations of families gathered around the fire & feel a twinge of sadness for the historical house lost to what some call progress.
